The Link Factory is a service we provide allowing you to focus on extracting value from your combined data whilst we take care of the processing. We can accept surveys from you or your agencies in a wide variety of formats and load them into Link Manager for you. We already have experience of combining literally hundreds of studies from different agencies and software systems. Often this will be combined with a Link Manager software deployment. For example you may want a warehouse of all your product testing going back several years. We can easily deploy Link Manager for you to load your new studies as they come through and you can have the Factory take care of the back data as a one off project.

We will work with you to develop your taxonomy to your requirements and identify the way you want your data linked. Then we take the studies and link them for you. We deliver you a quality checked database in an SPSS .sav file or a SQL database that can stand alone or be updated to your schedule.

Example

Synovate wanted to build a global database of concept, product, and packaging ratings for international consumer product clients. Given the complexity of their offering and the timescale they wanted to deliver in it was decided that the Link Factory would take over the first part of the Project. We worked with Synovate to create their taxonomy and the various 'rules' for linking of 600 studies. There was a daily upload of data so that the results could be made available from day one of the project and regular update calls with the entire team. At the end of the project there was a training and handover stage where we handed back the completed database and tracking software to allow the customer to keep adding to the mix.
