Mike Page

Managing Director

Prior to re-launching Cognicient in 2007, Mike was Synovate’s Director of Operations in Western Europe. During his twenty-year career in the Market Research industry, he has engineered a number of successful products that improve the ease of use and increased actionability of MR data, and has become a noted authority in all aspects of manipulating raw data for decision support and business intelligence. Additionally, he has published multiple papers and is a sought after conference speaker on multiple issues relating to the handling and deployment of MR data.

Siobhán Treacy

Client Services Director

Siobhán has extensive experience encompassing a wide spectrum of Market Research Industry skills, most recently with SPSS. She has been involved in the successful implementation of SPSS products, including complex installations and customized training for a variety of clients worldwide. Siobhán's expertise spans the retail, telecommunications, and financial services industries with a broad knowledge of Market Research techniques.

Syri Bunjaku

Executive
Syri has been in the Market Research field for three years with companies such as Quality Eye, Focus Force and Google.  Since joining Cognicient, he has been a key contributor in many projects, including brand health tracking for Nestle, as well continuing to coordinate multiple other projects.  Syri graduated London Metropolitan University with a BSc Honours degree in computer networking.

Phil True

Strategic Advisor

Phil has worked in the fund management industry for 30 years. Most recently, Phil worked as an MD and Head of Institutional Equities (UK) in Credit Suisse’s asset management business based in London, managing over £1bn in clients’ assets. Prior to that he worked for Sun Life Financial of Canada,  Philips Pension Fund and Guardian Royal Exchange in a similar role.

Bob Morris

Director

Bob is currently a corporate broker with Cenkos Securities plc, a company that specialises in bringing small and medium sized companies to the stockmarket. Prior to that he had worked for 18 years in the fund management industry most recently at HSBC (Halbis) managing their flagship UK mutual funds with assets of £1.5bn. Prior to that he was an Associate Director at Sun Life of Canada also managing UK equities, and Head of UK equities at Lucas pension fund (now TRW) one of the largest pension funds in the UK.

Charles Matthews

Company Secretary

By profession Charles Matthews is both a lawyer and engineer. Following service in the Royal Navy, his career has been spent in the hi tech industry working in senior legal and management positions in London, Paris and Sydney for the Alcatel Lucent Group from which he retired in 2007. He has over 30 years experience as a lawyer.

John McConnell

Associate

John McConnell's career has encompassed a mixture of positions combining analytics and IT since 1986. He worked in international services and management roles in SPSS from 1989 to 2000, most typically configuring and applying analytical methodologies to a variety of client-specific business problems. These range from ad-hoc analyses through to multi-user high-end, automated, analytical solutions delivery with predictive modeling technology.

Bernhard Witt

Associate

Bernhard has 11 years experience in the Market Research industry, working from 1996 to 2005 for SPSS in Germany and all over Europe. He is the founder of 2x4 Ltd – Market Research Consulting. In both past and present positions, Bernhard has successfully helped numerous clients solve their business problems through successful implementation of business intelligence software products. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including government bodies, utilities, retail, telecommunications, and market research industries, and has a broad understanding of reporting requirements across these various types of businesses.
